The book of Matthew was written 150 years after the Christ was born by Papias of Hierapolis although some believe it to be a rewriting of a text by Arrius Calpurnius Piso 80 years earlier, but still 35 years after the crucifixion.
Mark, about 70ad by Arrius Calpurnius Piso
Luke was done by Arrius C. Piso and Pliny the Younger around 90 ad.
Romans was put together by Proculus Piso (a son of Arrius) and Claudia Phoebe (wife of Emperor Trajan) somewhere around 100ad.
2 Corinthians, authored by Justus C. Piso somewhere around 100 - 105 ad.
And it goes on and on, the more you dig into the authorship, the more dubious the dates. Contrast that with Thomas apparently put forth by Thomas himself.
They claim it is all an optical illusion and trig is an illusion too.
Contrary to alleged lost books of the Bible, I believe the character of God guarantees the completeness of the Bible. Since the God of the Bible is all-knowing (Psalms 139:1-6; 147:5), all-good (Psalms 136; 1 Peter 2:3), and all-powerful (Genesis 1:1; Matthew 19:26), it follows that He would not inspire books for faith and practice of believers down through the centuries and then fail to preserve them. Lost inspired books would be a lapse in God's providence.
The God who cares for the sparrows will certainly care for His Scriptures. And the God who has preserved his general revelation in nature (Romans 1:19-20) will certainly not fail to preserve his special revelation in Scripture (Romans 3:2). In other words, If God inspired them (2 Timothy 3:16), God will preserve them. God completes what He begins (Philippians 1:6).
God Bless!

I never said that this was the case.
I think we can both agree, that the Bible (66 books of Old & New Testament) are God inspired and thus authentic. My response was in reference, to the authenticity of the alleged lost books of the Bible.
My argument for the completeness of the Bible was based on the very character of God Himself. For an all- knowing, all-good, and all- powerful God would not inspire books for faith and practice of believers down through the centuries and then fail to preserve them (so called, lost books of the Bible).
Lost inspired books would be a lapse in God's providence, don't you think?
God bless!
Secondly, can you mention any of the lost books of the Bible by name?
God bless!
