"AFTERMATH"

No..It doesnt end for Us "The Living"....Those that have passed on have left what they had behind for us...Sometimes they leave Money!...Sometimes they leave you the Car!..And sometimes you are left with nothing.......Im not laughing about my Sister Passing on here...But my Father always said..."Youd better laugh about it"..And Ive always found that to be helpful...In this case..my Sister left some things that shes been involved with for at least 20 Years......And These things are in 8 cages spread out in 2 rooms and they make a lot of Noise.....Yep Linda left me 14 Cockatiels and 1 Dove she found that fell out of the nest as a Baby(And they all belong to me now)........Now...I gotta find Homes for this Brood....(When I go in the rooms it sounds like a Bird Sanctuary......Geeeez!..They can make a lot of Noise!.......detective.....What were you left behind with?......

I have followed your blog before this one...very sad time for you...am sorry for your loss.
Bet she left you some other things too...hopefully some good memories of her and you...maybe as you were kids...all that kind of thing? As for the birds...try a local animal shelter or pet store or even zoo...sounds like a real brood alright but they are yours... taking them for now and caring for them,honors sisters memory ...they depend on you ..take good care of them and of you....blessings & strength.......hug handshake angel

Eight is too many IMO. One or two, I would consider keeping one (and they can live a very long time). But eight, no. Find a good pet shop and see if they will do a consignment sale for you.
