How i can get..

For my job- everyone knows me..I cannot feel free,when I'm with anyone on the road...I think someone know me..someone make a gossip & story about me..I know,everyone with me..but I feel I'm alone..I have no one for share my feeling & for care me..I have no one for passing some time personally..for rely on each other.. I'm not attend in any public program..where i can get someone for me..but i wish..How i get anyone for make love each other..?
