"FEEDING OFF OF OTHERS"

If you listen to the song "Creep" By "Radio Head"..Youll find that they stole the Melody from the Hollies Song "He Aint Heavy..Hes My Brother"....The word is that they do this with a Lot of Songs...Radiohead is now required to list the Hollies on that song as Co Writers....Listen to George Harrisons song "My Sweet Lord"(Though a great song) It was a Rip of the Oldie..."Hes So Fine"By the "Chiffons"....He was sued..Lost the court Case and had to settle with the original Writers..........And Ive noticed here on the Blogs there are a very few who "Steal thoughts and Ideas from other People"...Why?..Because they cant think for themselves....One case in particular ..It happened Two Days in a Row.........Too Bad they cant be sued.....But then again there are some who feed off of Others.............detective

Yeah Nam, there have been a number of blogs like that. So much for originality!
Hello Nam,wave You are right, I have noticed there are people who steal thoughts, ideas, and topics from other. For instance when someone starts talking religion, several people step forward with another blog to put their thoughts out,why not comment on the originators blog,
Bottom feeders in jail....dont like it say the lifers scold great topic nam, hope people pay attention lips
Obviously unless something is copyrighted then it's not stealing.grin
Elvis song.."Its now or never"..Is a melody they took froman Italian song and added words to it.......Also they did thw same thing with "Love Me Tender".................detective
Return to Sender, Don't be cruel, All shook up, they were all songs originally written by Otis Blackwell for lesser known Blues artists.
Hi Nam
Ideas, thoughts, themes and topics cannot be copyrighted. As long as the contents are not the same, the blog was not stolen. Sometimes you are inspired by something you read in a blog, and instead of a very long comment, you write a blog with your own viewpoints. No problem.

Only last week I posted a blog on a certain topic. Withing four hours there were two others on the same topic sitting above my blog. The same topic but completely different contents. The blogs complemented each other, we commented on each others blogs and the arrival of the other two blogs did not interfere with my blog at all.

Yes, it is true that a few individuals sometimes to do a blog on the same topic when they see a blog that is doing good but it is not harming anybody. It is not that we're losing royalties, blogging is for fun only.

When people 'borrow' my topics, I feel great; like a trendsetter.laugh

cheers wave

Hi Nam!

Butters, goodness! You really have a thing going on...wow
Unfortunately steal not only music but also verses, and articles. If in Europe it is possible to fight against it, in our district it is very difficult.
imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

great minds think alike, fools never differer. Plagerism is often just a mistake of omission of posting the originators name or making reference to the quote or excerpt from.

then again... sorry, but i don't get the whole blog idea - it is just a monologue - not a work of literature... conversing
