It happened to me, unfortunately I wasn't myself that day...I didn't stopped till I finally talked to someone, I took that opportunity to lash out all my frustrations...the poor customer service representative tried to placate me and end the call but because customer is always right, he had to listen to all my cussing and yelling...I was so embarrassed of myself when I finally run out of f-words to say...I was emotionally and mentally hitting rock bottom that time.
Now I either go on Live Chat through their webpage or on their facebook wall.Less stress and headaches.
Actually the phone company sold my number to another person, all my calls and messages went to the other owner of my number, I even accused the guy of stealing my line, he explained to me that he bought a new line and also confused that he's getting messages and calls that obviously not for him...it happened while I was on the process of divorce...very very bad time. I never felt so wild and angry and till now I find it hard to believe that I could behave that way that day.

The green lids are general rubbish
The yellow lids are recycle with a vertical divider, one for plastics or cardboard.
The red lids are green waste like grass cuttings, prunings etc
This colour scheme can vary from one council area to the next or state to state.

On special days, once every two to three months you can pile up stuff that can't fit into the bins on the front foot-path such as broken appliances, furniture, old garden equipment, roof sheeting etc and a couple of guys with a truck will come and pick them up manually...
