If you say to this mountain,"Be ye removed" and you have no doubt...it will be so.
Faith precedes the miracle!
Yes, Sean, faith is like baking a cake, the main substance is the flour that goes into the cake you hope to bake, and the evidence (end results) is that until the batter has all been put together, mixed, and put into the oven you will not have a cake. You can hope all day or for months to bake that cake, but unless those ingredients that go into baking the cake are put into action, all you'll have IS a hope to bake a cake.
So is it with faith, prayer is the main substance (ingredient) of our faith. Many times a person LACKS faith to endure until the end for an answer, or prays amiss... it doesn't matter how much one prays, and/or sits around waiting on God for answers, nothing is going to happen, if that person does not have patience, trust and believe that God hears our prayer requests that are put before Him. AND, this is the confidence we have in Him, that HE DOES HEARS OUR PRAYER REQUESTS AND WILL ANSWER.
God answers all prayers that are of faith according to HIS WILL, because He says, without faith its impossible to please Him. Delayed answers, DOES NOT mean DENIED answers. Sometimes we ask God for things that are not in our best interest, He knows this, therefore, He will answer our requests with those things He knows are best for us, and sometimes we DON'T LIKE HIS ANSWERS..
He answers not all the time in our timing, but in His timing, and in His timing, He's always on time... sometimes we're not ready for what we ask of Him, therefore, He makes us wait. We MUST position (prepare) ourselves for His answer (s) according to His perfect will, plans, and according to His purposes for us.
Faith is a word of action!
we get in our vehicles and drive everyday to our various destinations, do you know that is faith right there,we have that faith in the vehicle that it will take us to where ever we wanna go safely, so folks let us put our faith and trust in God always, he wouldn't let us down. feel free to comment on my other blogs and trend.
God answers prayer, but not always our way. He is rarely rushed or in a hurry, as is evident in His Creation: It takes Him time to make a baby, a flower, a tree, a sunset--or even a blade of grass. You can't rush God.
You've got to wait till it's GOD'S time. Sometimes God delays answering prayer until you have learned the lesson He is trying to teach you. Or perhaps He is waiting for the circumstances to be ready for the result that He wants to bring. Take for example the man in the Bible who was blind from birth: He had had to be blind all his life, so that everybody would KNOW it, & so that when Jesus came along one day & marvelously healed him, God would be glorified. (See John 9.) It may sometimes take years before you know why God didn't answer prayer as you thought He should, or right when you asked Him to, but the time will come, & you'll know God was right! Wait on the Lord!
The greatest darkness is just before dawn, the greatest desperation is just before Salvation! The greatest hopelessness attacks just before rescue! So never doubt for a moment that God is going to answer--And He will! Trust Him & thank Him for the answer--even if you don't see it immediately! You'll be glad you trusted Him tomorrow!
