Is there something wrong with me?

So tonight is my special night. lol I get to indulge into the wonderful. Cookies! I just got back from the store. What in the world have I become? It took me about 5 minutes to decide what cookies I wanted. For a second, I thought I was a female shopping for shoes. laugh

Hello Ken,

DC actually asked me earlier what I got. I ended up getting Nutter Butter, which I remember having when I was a kid. You know those little cookies shaped like a peanut. grin thumbs up

Hiya Johnny, wave you have to treat yourself from time to time.

I eat healthy but I do indulge in sweet stuff occasionally. Something one of the trainers in the gym said is, be good during the week when you're training, and only splurge out on the weekend. conversing

Also, what's not in the house can't be eaten. laugh

Hello KN,

Thank you for sharing your trainer's info. I am kinda on a schedule like that...usually once a week I will indulge. :) Last night was my guilty night. laugh But, exactly....if I do not have those cookies around me, I cannot possibly eat them. grin I make it a practice to keep very minimal food around. Like that one night I ate the 1 1/2 year old oatmeal. laugh In fact, I did that twice now...still living. :)
