Go out and do things you like to distract you. Start something new you like that's gets you mingling with people and the chance to get out of the house.
It'll get better.
Have picnics outside and basically do as much as you can outside even your hobbies. Time will help heal but that may seem difficult to imagine now.
There's always someone on here to say good morning to.
You will never move on as long as you always say BUT afterward.
But is the word to justify our excuse...
I am aware that only I can take myself out of this.
The baggage you have is not baggage...just what you have experienced., you said it yourself..that will make you stronger.as time goes by, certain things just don't need dwelling over, (past relationships)..I look at it that you share people..they come and go. It's that simple.
