I know Calli, I only reply to ones who make a comment on something to do with my profile as I know that 99% of people haven`t even read it... otherwise they wouldn`t say things they do.
Just as well I aren`t looking for anybody... as most mail ends up in the delete box

Really feel a lot for people who are genuinly trying to find somebody..

Hmmm,

I don't know Calli. I mean, for you it might not be acceptable. But, I think most women would respond to any man they find rather attractive...no matter the content of his first message. Especially on a dating site where there is not a lot of competition. Just my opinion.

I agree with Wallops only respond if they mention something about my profile or where I live. The how are you doing mail gets delete as the communication starting with how are you doing never gets better. They are usually the one liners who just waste your time.

Thank you everyone. I am still at the wonderful Vanderbilt hospitalv and they are finding out why I am so anemic. I wish "real men" would write! After five years online I have come to the conclusion that I do not believe that people actually meet online.
