He threatens me

zman wrote me a message:
"Tried to explain on blogs before about posting her pictures, Simmo promised this girl that he'd make sure her pictures didn't appear here again, he's not here now to do that so I'll have to, this can go one of two ways, either you delete them or I'll have no choice but to report there use to the mods."

I wonder why he does not mind his own business???

It is about pics of Leahkatherine.

yep, he's gone mad from hand-pumping the groundwater in the sun...
Guad, have you not thought that maybe he was trying to protect someone from doing something that could potentially cause problems?

Just a thought.. wave

We have been down this road before on another blog posting...let it go...and don't be foolish...
G, life is not about past. No point complaining or having regrets. What ever your relationship with this picture was, it doesn't exist now I suppose. We all do mind our businesses, but a true friend will always stand up for a friend even after his passing. Simmo did it for his friends here all the time.
I don't think it is a threat. But a request out of respect for the living person involved. Please try to treat her privacy with respect. comfort hug
what is the Happy thing? dunno

I remember she definitely wanted to kill me and said so several times, and mocked me, too, of course together with others e.g. a so called Steffie from Chicago...
she was deleted once, because of her speech in a blog with an Indian man, if I remember it right, about religious stuff or whatever....

the past is never really over, and if there is no effort to clarify what happened and why it can be a load for a lifetime.

anyone is guilty who uses his knowledge to keep others down and out.
it is mobbing, if not killing....

barf
so who is the big Dude here? barf
So, all pictures of this girl from Colorado and Washington come from the public facebook? Right and true?

There is a pic from 1992, when she was 17. So how can she be 23 now?

dunno
Like it or not, the past is who we are and ever since the ancient Romans and Egyptians invented records, it follows us and small things we do or say are both remembered and taken into consideration on all future decisions made by others we encounter in our life later. While Christians believe in forgiveness, even that is never to be confused with forgetting. So future situations about someone, even with Christians, are tempered by past knowledge. Those who aren't Christians of course have zero reason to ever forgive something they cared about. Such issues can remain a source of contention with them for generations.. I.e., Korea and Japan, Hatfields v McCoys, etc.

Way back in the 1960s our/my teachers warned us/me, comments made by grade school teachers would be there for inspection by others to read and make decisions about our future vocations decades after we left grade school. Of course, as the teachers warned, this also applied to upper school records, police reports, and court records. Later on, after they were invented we can add credit reports to that. The teachers were 1,000$ correct. I have seen folks denied jobs simply because of a comment or report made decades ago.

One thing computers have given the folks who use them is the ability to pull up things, often (these days) without ever having to get up from a chair or even make a phone call requesting a fax copy. Thanks to the millions who made bad choices, many now use that capability for deciding on future social connections. This is good as it reduces bad choices.

We build our own records and everything we do, write or say lasts a very, very long time.
