cant say who to trust in these time.

Could someone tell me if this is a scam-er or what...i just meet a guy online..he send me a mail saying hello beautiful can i have your number so i can call you and we could talk over the phone.. i text him back and said my number is not to issued on dating site..could he be a scam-er or what?
