Ok, who has this problem in their country?
I guess we should call him a bully goat instead of a billy goat...
Goat terrorism...do they have WMD's (weapons of mass destruction)??

That was a fair old kick he gave it, and the goat didnt seem to blink an eye
When I was grade 5, walked with some friends then suddenly the goat wanted to attack us, we splashed the goat with water and we're saved
We have plenty of goats and cattle walking free in our townships though I have never seen any going rampant.
Goat is tasty as mutton, you only need to cook it a bit longer, it is tougher. It also do well on a barbeque. I prefer goat above mutton.
Over here there is a distinct difference between lamb and mutton. Mutton is a much older sheep, More tasty than lamb but a little tougher. It also is cheaper than lamb.
We have that problem too in the town I live in...not just with the goats, but geese, and dogs as well and that was one very aggressive billy goat there. Poor lady!..but I can't help laughing watching the guy trying his kick on the goat...bet the goat was not even hurt...

Kimberley is a town where I grew up...never seen deer attack dogs or people before...
