Common Sense.
Now that is a scarce resource. Common Sense will even prevent you from making a fool of yourself when you believe that you are brighter and better than those around you; something that a high IQ and/or EQ apparently cannot do.
But either way, I have serious doubts about people propagating their superior IQs and EQs when nobody asked them for their CVs, especially when it is not verifiable by a reputable instance.
