Replace sadness with happiness or be neutral, its a choice in fact, we react to situations and, allow that to control us, this is wrong, if a sad event has passed then its over and time for new feelings of happiness, like
a mourning period , then move ahead, finding a new partner is alright, REGARDLESS of what others say or think, its YOUR Own life and as such you have a Right to BE Happy.
The most important thing is to talk to someone that you trust. It doesn't have to be someone you know If you don't feel comfortable doing that. Your doctor or a counsellor will help. Don't suffer in silence, it is a heavy weight to bear alone.bouquet

I wonder if OW is sad, he never smiles in his pictures.
Sometimes I reckon sadness has to be experienced fully.

How can we know deep happiness if we have never expericed deep sadness.

I would suggest to take a deep look introspectively to try and determine the "true" source of your sadness. Be mindful, ourselves are the biggest liars to ourselves. Sometimes we become comfortable with our current lives (that does not necessarily mean we are happy with that comfort) and it might not be a bad idea to change the environment you currently reside in a bit. Get outside and get some sun (if you are not getting a lot of it).

I think sadness has to develop from our thought....create activity in your mind that distracts yourself from the negativity. Change can only come from us...we have to be "wanting" to change and then "doing" that change.
