I hate a barely there profile. I need a little more to go on to decide if we have anything in common. If there are no details about themselves or what they are looking for in a woman, then why would I possibly make contact with them?

And another thing, no photo = no contact. What are you hiding by not showing your photo? And pictures of the landscape and your pets don't count.

Tight pants, shirtless, six pack, leather boots, fancy sunglasses, in front of a fancy house and a grand car, and at least a masters qualification, no children and a sensitive profile (reflecting his need to love and to care for his princess)... would caught my eye...

no wonder I could not get anyone yet...

I totally agree! Why would I want to see a picture of him and his ex? If he included the photo in his profile, it looks like he's not over her. No thank you to that kind of baggage.

I like it to be clear, well-written, and legible. No typos, no text-talk. If it is too difficult for them to write Are instead of r , then I don't want to know them.

If they can show me they are witty or interesting in the profile, great. Either way I would like to know something about their personality just by reading their profile.

Photos- not in the least bit important. Anybody I actually met from CS, including my long-term boyfriend, did not have a pic up.

I trust my instinct more than my eyes.

Profiles with spelling errors and or sound pompous or conceited. Too many selfies.

Im like Molly, the only people I met on websites didnt have pics up but cuaght my interest with what they had to say. I could see why they didnt have pics up they werent handsome but by then I liked them.

Still, I like to look at pics. I should put one up but look better in a video.

Hi Willow. I don't read profiles because I am not looking for anyone but I would say that a lot of people put what they think people want to hear. I would take most of the info in profiles with a pinch of salt. The only way to really find out what a person is like, is by meeting them. Although, you can get a good idea on the blogs.
