And I completely agree re the smoking, the nicest most agreeable non-smoker in the world is still prone to say 'seriously? you want one now?' (just before, for instance, you head onto a 3 hour flight. YES I want one now!!) or start helpfully totting up how much you spend (of your own income) on smoking.
Not to mention all the nice quiet times when smoking shares a moment the way non-smokers will never understand.
Smokers of the world unite!
