The best advice I can give is relax and take things one day at a time.
-maybe a change in environment can help, if thats possible? -if only just for a period of time...
that's a tough one...that person just need some time and space to gather his strength and get up again
track every day u look u see others in worst situation that you . and trust me when i say there are people out there in the world wouldnt mind have what u have ,
ever heard about the man who was poor and had his last banana ? he decide to climb a tree with a piece of rope and have the last banana and afterward hang himself but after eating the banana and throwing the skin to the ground he saw someone pick it up and ate it, the man then realize that others out there was in a worst position than he was ,
so u see you are not alone and there are friends here who are there for you
