Cheese baked Fried rice

I just get tired of chinese dishes,so I steamed some deer meat, and put inside some herbs. Well, I used a pressure cooker, and I steamed rice inside also, which makes the lower layer and deer meat with soup on the upper layer. When I opened the pressure cooker, I found the deer meat soup sank to the rice. So I chopped some meat and some garlic, and spring oinion, and an egg. Then I stired fried the rice with all the spices in and the egg. The I put this fried rice in a baking utensil. And I added some cheese on top, baking 15minutes. The taste is great!

Teenameena: No need worry about this kind of people. As when they are jealous, their skins keep on drippling, and sagging, and one day, it will age so fast they could not recognize themselves in the mirror. Being jealous is a good way to make their face grow like the toad
Hi Ken,do you shoot the deer you mean that or you farm the deer.
Peonvienny - They are like woods roaches on my farm. All year round. Not a day goes by without me seeing 2 or 4 of them. They routinely raid my vegetable patches and eat whatever I am growing, be it tomatoes, squash, or brussel sprouts and asparagus. I have been hunting and eating them back since I was a teenager.

Every year I shoot 2 or 3 of them. Some for me, some for friends that also like deer meat but have no land.

You name the method, I've used it. Rifle, musket, pistol, bow & arrow, shotgun. They all work. They are very good eating.
I heard a story told by a local farmer, in the early spring one moring, he went to his field. There he saw a rabbit having its breakfast, very calmly gazing into the eyes of the farmer, eating the young shooting of the green wheats of the farmer. Haha, animals are cute, and then the rabbit very steadily stepped back and ran away.
I had worked in the countryside. And there we had some workers, in the spring time, the local farmers would go out at night, late into the night, they would use a motorbike, and they said once the light is on, the rabbits which they chase after on the motorbike, would also run with the light way. And then they can catch them.
That's the one who took a selfie today. He's lost a lot of weight, but he is still spry and fun.
I made dry venison yesterday afternoon. In fact a close version. I baked the wet cooked venison meat, but it is not as dry as you can call it dry venison, but fairly tasty, a bit like barbecue. I boiled the venison first, washed the big pieces, then cut into smaller cubes. And then put more water and cinnamon bark, starneese, spring onion, ginger, and soya sauce, salt, stew around 30 minutes. The take out the meat, leave it dry a bit, and add some food oil in another wok, and stir fried the meat with ginger, grinded garlic, quite a bit of soya sauce, spring onion. until all the meat covered by the spices. Then take the meat to the baking untensil, and bake 25minutes.Then it is done.
There was old story: in a Buddhism country, but still some people eat pork. And there was a buttcher,he would slaughter pigs everyday and sell. And one day a monk visited him, and told him that cos the buttcher killed too many pigs, he would change into a pig in the after world. The buttcher was very scared, then after thinking for a while, he asked the monk:"if I killed you, then I could change into a monk in the after world, right?"
Jenny, you are making my mouth water.
I just do some simple stuff. And I would do chinese cooking and try to learn western cooking.
To cook different dishes ,food is much easier in life. Sometimes I also wonder about the same question, another lady mentioned: are guys from this site ready to give love?
Sometimes it is important to find out whether the guys still have the ability to love.
We have a saying, to decide to buy a cattle with a mountain between the cattle and the buyer, but still require the buyer to pay, to make the deal.It is even difficult to decide to buy a animal, not to mention on line dating, the most complicated human beings.
My personal circumstances make it inappropriate for me to discuss buying cattle with mountains between.
Hi ,luckyman,

How many cattles have you bought all these years? Haharolling on the floor laughing

I think you can't decide to buy a cattle with the mountain blocking your eyes to see it, I assume you are cleverer than that. You would think: NO way, right?
No. I don't think his native language is English.

I had some woman email me saying her subscription to CS was running out so I needed to contact her by private email.
A farmer needs replacement cows.
Farming cattle in Alaska is no good anyway. Too cold.
I have a feeling a man could spend dangerous amounts of time swapping cattle and mountain stories with you, Jenny.

I must try to finish sleeping.
I understood it was a metaphor but I thought the mountain was the obstacle in moving the cow. But it is the obstacle in seeing the cow?

I love the Chinese metaphors. Sometimes I think little parts are lost in translation. It makes them very entertaining.
I think also becos I didn't deliver the chinese metaphor taste into english properly. But now you got it,so ok..
Quite a bit of people read this blog, I don't know why not you leave your idea.
