I find those days when there were no money in my pocket but was sleeping in the eyes! ! !
Today i have money in pocket but not sleep in the eyes! ! !
Money of the whole world can't back those days.

teddybear Hi Peednama,One thing is sure that without money we were able to make our own playthings to keep us entertained ,like sticks and stones and play our games.We could play for hours and be happy. In today's life we have all the most expensive things that people buy,but yet they are still very unhappy.We go to bed at night worrying about tomorrow,the tax man and the creditors,and that on its own makes us lose sleep because of worry. teddybear It’s nice to have money and the things that money can buy, but it’s also important to make sure you haven’t lost track of the things that money can’t buy.bouquet lips lips lips

I 100% understand your thoughts here. I too chased after the all mighty dollar. I worked for 42 years. Worked, worked , worked.
Thanks to this I ignored my family. I was so tired when I came home that I was not there for them.

I lost the family, 2 houses, 3 vehicles and over $100,000 dollars.(thank you divorce lawyers!)

So what was it all for? Now I have been retired for 4 years and life is so much better. I have all that I need and have learnt to prioritize my life.

God is now in my life where he wasn't before. Too late that I didn't know then what I know now.professor

yes i know that life gives us so much but it robs too much from us.
so many things are in our life which we can only do , eat , wear etc
in only our childhood .
in our chilhood everyone is our friend no compititor .
everyone loves us.
i miss that beautiful clothes to wear , that small - small things to do ,
i miss that lovefull eyes of everyone.
i think i miss soo much things.
