THE NEW IMPROVED 50

It's been a while since I last blogged on here..Since then I've turned 50 and grew my hair...They tell you to cut it short past 50..I think I'll continue to grow it as long as I want...Who cares what they say!...People over 50 are no longer the new blue rinse & twin set brigade...We are the new 50 plus...Only now we have to prove we aren't using a photo on line from 20 years ago...One way to prove it is to wear a New in 2015 item..no disputes can be raised then...Don't you agree? dancing

There's an old German saying, "long hair---short understanding". But I haven't found this always to be true. Really smart women come in all lengths of hair, as do the others. It may apply more to how thick the make up is caked on. ( ? Deeper goop, shallower depth.) In men it may have to do with how much strong cologne we pour all over ourselves, our comb-overs, or the tons of bling some of us clip on. Fun to watch ourselves as humans, no?

I wish I was 50 again......but then again no. I had to work so hard now I don't.
I was in debt, now I'm not. Yes I turned grey but found a way to hide that.laugh

When I worked for fancy wancy corporations they always required short hair. Hee Hee! I'm 75 and I am growing it til it reach's the ground!!!

Some people will suggest 50 is time to grow up. Tell them you'll think about it at 60. (And at 60, promise them 70). laugh
