Today I Did The Washing
There Were 3 Pairs Of Socks Thrown In With Every Thing Else
When The Washing Was Done
The Entire Contents Within The Washer Were Thrown Into The Dryer
(As Always..I look Inside The Washer To Be Sure I Got Everything)
When The Dryer Was Done
I Put The Entire Contents Of What Was Inside The Dryer... Into A Laundry Bag..Brought It upstairs...Dumped The Contents On The Bed
And Sorted It All Out
And Wouldnt You Know It
1 Sock Was Missing!!...I Rechecked Downstairs and The Sock Wasnt In The Washer..The Dryer..Or Anywhere On The Floor... Nor On The Path I Took To Get Upstairs
It Simply Had Vanished
Thats One of "History's Mysteries"

I have solved the problem all my socks are identical,
never count them..... when they look low I get more?
Well Ill tell You What
If I Didnt count Them
Eventually I Would Only Have 1 Clean Sock Left
And Unfortunately
I Have 2 Feet!!!

The drain On The Washer?
No Sock can get Through There..................
How come Its Always Only 1 Sock That Escapes?
And never 2?......................
The sock cant fit through a 1 Inch drain Nozzle That Goes Into The sink
And The draining is fine
Its Like The Aliens came And took It
Maybe The Aliens Only have 1 Foot?................
But Ive Already turned Everything Inside Out.........

What Shall I Ever Do Now Without The Both of Them?..........................................................................................................
Go and buy a new pair?
In future you could peg the pair of socks together, before you put them in the washer?
