"Information of someone in Any American City" isn't really enough to go on.
Specify what type of information you need - Is it somebody you know? And you need their address, contact number, etc. Or is it a missing person?
Or are you looking for a business contact?
And also say which State if you know.
No , it is missing case ,I have someone's address phone etc and everything but her phone is off , I like to know about her
If you think she might be in danger, I'm sure the police would be the best to contact. But they may do nothing.
But if she doesn't want to be contacted, that is ultimately her choice, and you can't do anything about it.

If the person is missing, that is the correct place to contact .

You're very good with english, but I think you might not have known that phrase, as earlier in the blog you said you wanted to find out if she's ok.
It really wouldn't be right for people to help you contact her. Between her phone, email and here if she's not responding either something's happened to her or she doesn't want to talk with you.
As bystanders we really need to respect that she is most likely ghosting you.
