Words of Encouragement

If I may be so bold as to encourage you not to spend another moment in despair, in feeling depressed or lonely. Use this time of solitude to look inward, to get to know thy self, and to build character. Take this time to meditate, to tune into your inner self, and the divine. Take this time to organize yourself both inward and outward. Exercise and tune into your body, read and enrich your mind. Think of yourself as a butterfly within a cocoon slowly growing, improving in body, mind, waiting to burst open to fly and spread your wings.

Open your eyes and look around. Open your eyes to the beauty of the world, plants, animals, and all the human races. Can you see the beauty in all it's complexity? Your on the Net! The entire world is open to you, can you see the beauty of the yellow, white, brown, and black skinned man and woman? Can you see the beauty and appreciate their unique facial features, their culture, and their distinct manner of dress? Can you appreciate the men and women with children and how they have sacrificed. Can you appreciate the less fortunate both physically, mentally, and financially?

Build depth of character and spirituality. If you fail, fall down, make a mistake, feel rejected and turned down or make an idiot of yourself, brush yourself off, re-focus, and try again. Don't give up, it's just like a game, the more you play and try, the better are your chances of scoring, succeeding, and becoming triumphant. Open your mind, your heart and your soul. Let go of your old limiting thoughts. With 6,706,993,152 people on the planet, there is someone in this world for everyone, just open yourself up to the world and see it in all it's beauty.

Well said Ruben, its about self and raising your vibrations. Another point, if people are new with meditating and they cant seem to focus of what there doing because unwanted thoughts keep racing threw your mind, just start the meditation over and focus on your breathing and heartbeat. Dont give up :)
