You are getting it anyway.
1. First question - Do you really want to date either an 18 year old or a 99 year old?
If not, put in the actual age-group you want to date from.
That shows that you have actually thought about this.
Also you state you want children some day. Therefore you have to pick within the age-group of women who can/want to have children
2. Remove the 'lols' . I hate them on profiles.
3. You say you are looking for Friends/Hang Out.
If this is what you are looking for, then that is perfect.
But if you are looking for a partner/relationship, then change that.
If I see Friends/ Hang Out, I automatically presume that the person is Not looking for a relationship, and then I disregard them as a potential partner.
Decide what you want.
4. Do you not want anything else from the potential woman, apart from having a laugh?
Do you want to build a life together?
Do you want them to accept you with all your faults as you would accept them?
Do you want one that lives within travelling distance, or are you willing and able to travel long distances?
Having what you want, and what you can offer, as clearly written as possible gives the reader a greater understanding of who you are and what you want from them.
Just my tuppence worth
Basically Molly nailed it all - be clear with what you want, if you are looking for a relationship, say so. If you are on here to date, "friends" could give the impression of looking for something like FWB.
No lol's
Is there something that is important to you in someone's character - a woman might relate to what you are looking for.
Best of luck in meeting that someone special.
You describe yourself as having dark blond hair, so it might be a good idea to put up pic showing dark blond hair? If you prefer bald / shaved, change that bit of the profile.
Otherwise I think you've portrayed yourself pretty well, go for it!
Writing about yourself is just being you...nothing else.
What you are looking for is important too, when two converge you got mostly a match.
Good luck!SM
But you must add in your profile that you are understanding and sensible. Those are positive traits I have seen in you out of blogs. I like to think doesn't sound confident enough. You have grown the right way in many ways. Bit busy. Will write to you. Have something to tell you.
And 'track16'...what is that a favorite song on an album?
Still need to see you rocking it out though. :)
