thanks, ken. I am a raw vegan and I love it. I am not a vegan to save animals but for my own health benefit. I am very healthy, no chloresterol issues, no headaches. I don't even catch colds and I have a very nice and smooth skin.

Same for me...no cholesterol. .no headaches..no colds as I have a very strong immune system.

I do eat eggs though..A couple a week.
And lactose free dairies. No milk though.
