"TRAVELIN MAN"(2)

Theres A Lot To Be Seen While Driving Around The U S A ...Some Of These Scenes Are Pleasant..While Others Are Not What Youd Want To See
But Unfortunately.. Sometimes Its Way Too Late Once The Eye Has Met Contact With What Has Just Been Seen
Whats Not Nice To See Is
A Brown Mother Duck...Standing In The Breakdown Lane Of A Three Lane Busy Highway(Looking As If Shes Going To Cross The Highway)
And The Worst Part Is... She Has 5 Babies Standing Right Behind Her In A Line(Ready To Follow Her As Soon As She Moves)
I Went By Her And Her Babies And Thought.."Please Turn Around Mother"...
(Sometimes Its Best We Dont Know What Happened)

And Then There Are The "Make You Feel Good Moments"

Not On The Highway...But On A Well Traveled Road (Single Lanes Going Opposite Ways)
Traffic Came To A Standstill
Being In A Tractor Trailer And Being So High Up
I Could See What The Cause Of The Stoppage Was
And This Is What I Saw

An Adult Turkey Is The First To Start Crossing The Road
Followed By Three Baby Turkeys In The Middle
With The Other Adult Turkey Bringing Up The Back
And Both Sides Waited Patiently For These "Creatures Of Nature" To Cross The Road Safely
Now...That Was Nice Of The Humans

Hello Nam,handshake One thing I loved to see when I was on the road travelling was people actually slowing down at wildlife crossing signs, yay yay Those signs are there for a reason, It actually showed some people actually do care, yay
That was a real nice happening....just a good endingthumbs up

I just told to my Grandson some hours ago,how some people don't care....long time ago in Finland I pick up a cat from the road, that had been driven over with a car and the spine was cut and left there to suffer,I had to take it first home and to find a veterinarian by phone, because it was late in the evening and then I took it there and he gave the killing injection....I had to drive some 20 km and also pay to the veterinarian, but I still felt ok afterward.
Mr Nam.."feel good moments" are like a nice cool drink when thirsty! Refreshing, needed and keep you going..I love to see and hear about them....means there are still people who do care about something besides themselves!yay applause
