Perhaps you should do what my mother did... On each birthday from the age of 80, she counted backwards and got younger every year.

I left work early to join friends for a celebration.
The medical care here is very good, however, it is best not to stay in hospital after any operation as one is likely to catch something much worse than what one was hospitalised for (well it was in my case.
