Heydays
CS was once a vibrant site offering the possibilities of finding romance among the copious volume of regularly active members. These days, the number of people online at any one time barely fills one page.Has CS’s heyday come and gone?

The same way as nearly everybody from this side of the world remember their schoolday summer holidays as being long and sun-filled.
But they all had their holidays at different times, and not all summers here were long and sunny, it is simply rose-tinted glasses.
Everything ebbs and flows. We just remember the times that were good for us as being the best times. I remember my first year of CS as being like that. I couldn't wait to get home to get into the Chatroom. It was so much fun.
But I'm sure there are lots of people now who are flirting and dating too, and they will remember this period as being their CS heyday.
Anyway...not looking......
Yes sol cs blogs is friendly most of the time and people do meet up, but romance now there is this story mmmm about a needle
You still have time sol, but reckon go to see who is on line and there seem to be loads of people but maybe not us regulars if you get me
Perhaps we are in the flow... Looking forward to another ebb.
I wouldnt say the state of the blogs is that good either. Have people run out of ideas to blog about?
Thats the point.. there are so few online these days
Just looked and there are 290 ladies online or within the last 1 hour.
As this is the 'quiet time', that doesn't seem too bad.
Guess it's similar numbers for men.
I wonder whether those that have "gone" found someone or just gave up trying?
If you were here years ago, what made you leave and why have you returned?
At this moment there are one and a half pages (about 70) of women online, in years gone past there would be at least 4 to 5 pages.
on the bright side, i did make friends and still stay in touch.
Are you sure you replied to the correct blog, havent a clue what you're talking about
Fortunately, I can work and dally on CS at the same time.
I take it you got caught up in whatever your friend was involved in that got you booted. Usually people dont get banned just for being friends.
A learning curve many people on CS have been through. We were all new at one time.
One of the reasons I rarely blog\comment these days is the constant bickering over every last detail of what I've said, as I said before I made a comment based on what I'd been told, on many occasions, it really didn't need to be picked at imo, like the people who I've mentioned deleted their profiles I don't need the hassle, there are more important things than having to defend something I know to be a fact.
I was just curious
We should all be promoting it - but yeah, it's like having a bar like Cheers where everyone knows you and teases you and pokes fun at you and some of the regulars are pretty embarrassing. You're going to take an outsider there?
But we should.
The sun must set in-order to rise.
same aura as the grandfather in " Heidi "
But if you feel things are getting a little slow, feel free to liven things up!
