wasting time and data?

Is it just me or is online dating a hopeless endeavour? I can't help feeling that either 1) the majority of people are finding success at it; or 2) the majority of people are experiencing what I am experiencing, i.e. nada!

You send someone a message and they either don't reply (maybe they left the site a while back) or you do get a reply but then it's a brief flurry and it comes to the same thing: nada!

Don't get me wrong I'm grateful for any replies.

Ah, well, who knows what the future may hold? kiss

Have thought the same many of times seems so hopeless but hey look on the bright side good things are hard to find

sometimes i am guilty of no replies. My profile states people near and around my own age, also within 100miles. some mail comes were non of that fits so i just delete.
The blogs is a good place to make internet friends though whilst you do your serious search.

well most of my mails are fro young women that I would not touch or want to talk with no common ground then theres most others .with hey there waiting for you to make conversation when all you get back to mail is maybe I see or wow is pitefull really .having said that there some nice people here as well

And also looking for the criteria of the other person?

I.e. distance..age..looking for friends or a partner?

When a 30 or 40 year old writes me from far away I also send...NADA
