You'll be able to buy amps galore in no time.
I found the patches useless if I had a drink and thus cut down my drinking to only one or two now and again.
I also loved tea and a smoke so Found giving up tea a great help.
In the end I quit with out the patches, as there were days when I would forget to put it on and as a result had an excuse to have a cigarette.
No patches no excuses !
Its a hard struggle and trial and error is part of the process but like
rockingchair said its you man will power is the way.
