have you ever in situation with some of your workmates where you have to tell them about same thing over and over again about how and why things should be done the way it is as per SOP to get the operational running smooth?it's very frustrating and I'm wondering was I not clear to direct them or they aren't to interest to learn more as they are comfortable as it is now with concept "don't care as long as paycheck keep coming "
how to build some of them to be more responsible and have the feeling of ownership when on duty?
I'm at the point of "whatever" when the manager said to me "you can't give up on them"

Some people simply don't care as long as the paycheck is coming and it is frustrating to work with them.

@ pat: ya, i know we know what or should do and done. i'm not trying to be the crazy monkey and nagging all the time. but when you work you choose not too or lazy to or well, later maybe..is a matter that affecting others and operational is definit. but it's been over a year in the same situation, so i must be crazy that i'm still around 'em
getting fired or forced to resign that already happened in some cases are caught stealing and physical attack on your mate.
At least you can get rid of them at some stage.
You don't let pass anyone so easily.
