ROMATIC MIS-ADVENTURES IN CYBERSPACE- THE FUNNIER

I have one facet of my character that saves me from going down in a heap of jelly when i get had over in romance again- a sense of humour...if i did not have that, then i really WOULD be in trouble...writing this-adapted from a very old UK radio comedy skit i admit- made me giggle and made me smile i confess- hope it gives anyone whos had bad experiences with cyber romance a giggle too -

SATURDAY SERIALS PRESENT THE STILL, MORE, FURTHER, EXTRA, MORE REASONABLY EXCITING MIS-ADVENTURES OF 'CAPTAIN VALENTINE' AND HIS TRUSTY SIDEKICK, THE 'GLASS HEARTED KID'...THIS EPISODE: 'INVASION OF THE CYBER LOVE-TROLLS'!...WE JOIN THE CAP AND THE KID IN THEIR SECRET LAIR...


KID: How are you feeling today cap?'
CAP: a little better... that love-troll really got to me!

KID: its a note-in the post- its from the love-troll!
CAP: well, whats it say kid?
KID:'mmm-it says-'im in the bank on 34th street, taking all the cash from YOUR account-theres easy parking facilities opposite!'
BOTH:'mmmm...mmm....weird one...yeah...'
KID: Well, what do YOU make of it Cap?
CAP: 'im in the bank..'-kid, are you familiar with tri-scion logic, where you change all the letters of a message into their chinese counterparts; you then apply a tri-square test, and convert the letters back into english?'
KID: Sure-what do you think I am-an a**hole?...well, whats it say?
CAP: 'flan ban te vargle dang'
KID: but thats insane!
CAP:-And wheres the planet of insanity?
BOTH: -SATURN!!!
So, the Captain and the Kid leap into their warp drive hyper star ship and go straight to the bank on 34th street...what do you think these guys are- a**hole?

CAP: ok troll- come on out! We have the place surrounded!
TROLL: WHERE?
CAP: HERE! KID:- AND HERE!
TROLL: WHERE and WHERE?
CAP:Just take our word for it! KID: were coming in to get you!
CAP: Wait Kid!-shes sending out her dancing love hearts! KID:OH NO!
-And so another romantic mis-adventure for the Cap fizzles out to its inevitable conclusion!-Nothing is resolved at all...God, this makes me SO angry!-in fact, I am going to write in and complain about this!
