Sad and lonely
Its hard to stay positive sometimes. I always think in the blessings I have but I cant help feeling sad.Any thoughs? Good nght. Sweet dreams.

It is also more difficult because the internet delivers all of this negativity at the speed of light.
It seems we suffer one disaster after another these days.
And when we must endure this alone, it becomes even more difficult.
So, smell the air.
Enjoy the breeze.
Laugh and love.
Watch a child play.
It's all good.
My only advice to you is to surround yourself with positive people.
Avoid the news on TV. They're only putting more fear in you .
And..like eks. Says...do something you enjoy doing..take up some hobbies and activities that bring joy in your life and fill your soul.
Its depends how much you live busy in creative activities
or social work .....its release your lonely life sadness
