Facebook have the chops to play !!.

I d like your opinions. I was contacted by a man. He wanted me to send pics so I said it was better if we gave our Fb names so he can see Im a real person and he told me that phrase.
I dont understand. I was.just being honest.

I've never heard that phrase! so I don't know what it means. I do know a lot of people hate or fear Facebook so presumably he's one. I do know one guy who was furious because his current women contacted each other via FB and exchanged notes and he was bounced higher than a tall building laugh but even he never said the chops thing.
