Dear Donald

This US presidential election seems to be about past issues of intolerance, greed and finger pointing...thanks to Trump...it is "okay" to be racist, sexist and dishonest. What truly disturbing is that women are being verbally abused with remarks about their looks. Why would men not want to stand up for Equality? It is quite sad also that many people in his camp spew such vile remarks regarding the African Americans not to mention the scam Trump is involved with his so called University...or his many law suits...

Thanks to Clinton who laughed with delight at Trump regarding his claims of having a better temperament or his denial of past opinions or values...clearly the audience was also amused by his claims too...perhaps the USA has hope yet...even Bush senior is voting for Hillary... wow

Despite Trump's dystopian views...he hasn't got the facts straight...and Hillary has the facts...she prepared for the debate...Trump did not...

Just a reminder of what Trump really thinks...lol...

If Americans boycott...what would be the Outcome?...Seems to me Clinton listened to Sanders' fans and promised education for those who make less than 120,000 not to mention health care...she is more left than she has been...thanks to Bernie... thumbs up

Now if only the poor uneducated Caucasians would warm to her reforms...like the ones Trump is talking about...

What a good candidate...despite losing...Bernie sees beyond his ego...a great man... cheering
Hello Lou,
Bernie was at worse a clinton puppet all along or at best a sell out in his final run,
Not a good guy.

I do like a lot of what Jill Stein has to say wave
None the less Loulou he's still endorsing a crook conversing sigh

the lesser of two evils is just a slower road to evil. doh

I disagree... but I wish Sanders was the candidate...it is now stopping Trump...Hillary is a better choice...

The good thing is that Clinton will have to follow through...or else she becomes a one term president...wine
Lou,
wine either way the majority of voters will get what they want, dunno
Lou. How much are you affected in Canada by American diplamatics ? Being so close but diff country.
A choice between the devil and the deep, blue sea. It's very worrying blues

The Republicans could rebuild their party...and gain a better base...then a better idea of what people want...the Republican party is fracured...
LJ might have something to say about your comments...doh
Take comfort from the fact that so many of Trump's supporters are beyond fighting age and could be silenced by a harsh winter.

If I could I'd vote for Hillary this time, too many of Trump's supporters are right for the wrong reasons and consequently Trump's solutions won't solve anything. Why you're right matters as this effects how you respond. Yet sooner or later there will be a more intelligible backlash to neo-liberalism and mass-immigration. The streets are decaying, blacks are simply less intelligent, and political correctness is not an excuse for inaction.
Black people are less intelligent? Ermm... where does that come from? I would say that that's very unlikely.
Bush Sr. voting for Hillary.
Not really a surprise.
It's a very poorly kept secret the Bush family and Trump hate one another's guts.

See, Lou? If you look hard enough even YOU can find something to like about The Donald.

Trump on Republicans...
He's said that he may at times be TOO honest, a problem with which Hillary doesn't have to contend.

She has had a somewhat troubled relationship with truth at times.
That may be her greatest obstacle.

As has been noted...

Dieci: "Black people are less intelligent?" Ermm... where does that come from? I would say that that's very unlikely.

Dieci, please don't concern yourself with ANY derogatory comments made by Rumplest pertaining to African Americans or Black people, he only knows what he thinks he knows from the thoughts of his own imagination of trying to comprehend what he reads online and hears from others who know nothing about African Americans or Black people ...

Keep in mind, Rumplest only speaks about himself, as he is Black and hates he looks White. rolling on the floor laughing.. he gets besides himself every so often and this is the only way he knows how to express his anger of dissatisfaction with who he really is as a BLACK PERSON... it is without a doubt that, Rumplest himself is very uneducated and lacks intelligence, and he still can't seem to assimilate experiences with either people Black or White.

Nevertheless, Facts remain, Rumplest has many emotional and mental issues accepting he is brain dead thus, he is an angry disgruntled BLACK PERSON IN WHITE CLOTHING!! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughingdoh rolling on the floor laughing professor

Yes.
Coping to the realization that one is brain dead could certainly raise mental and emotional issues.

On one note...if American politics is not seen as a democratic process or a system that does not reflect the ideals of average Americans...what Ken has mentioned...should the "process" be Changed?...
Hi Loulou
I was really headed out to work but decided to come back in and add my contribution to your blog.
I find it so interesting how people are manipulated by appearance.
The truth is, that we have been voting for a change what seems forever!
Nothing has changed.
One has to look at the big picture.
The Republican party does not respect the people.
That being said, the Democratic party does not respect the people
I really cannot tell them apart .
Both parties need to be fractured. Rebuilt into a party for the good of the country and its people. And the world for that fact.
The electrical collage is the vote. But they really cannot over vote a land slide.
People, people people. So easy to manipulate people.
Once again slide back into the lion ante hole.
This country is a mess. This world is a mess. And people seem to like to moan and live in the mess.
Whatever it takes. The parties need rebuilding.
I think that the sacrifice is worth the out come.
And trust me. They are afraid of Trump. I love it!
Hi Pepper. I hate these blogs. I cannot seem to drag myself away from them.
I will return to defend my stance.
You all know that it is true.
Cheavy

Thanks for your comments...

Perhaps both parties need revamping...dunno

It is clear that the Republican party is fractured...Trump got elected party head...

Despite your idea that the US is in a mess...politically speaking...I do think Sanders and Trump shook up the status quo...wow

However, people have to be smart enough to recognize opportunists...such as Trump who have no problem lying or creating drama to suit his own agenda...unlike Sanders who has spent his political career caring about people in general...just look at his record...

The dystopian views of Trump have made him popular or rather created fear and division within society...reminiscent of the past...we need to remember our past mistakes and go forward not regress...
If you are talking industrial and industry. Read Bloomburg. One, even I myself was surprised.
I felt that Sanders was pretty good also. But the party, not the people nixed him.
There is a lot of dust and debre when something is torn down.
And the after math of it all is the future structure.
What I do not want is for the destruction to not have a foot hold to move forward. That always invites the strong man.
So, I say, lets break it up now.
If it gets so bad, than maybe the people will get a back bone.
With the status qua. no walls, other than the Fema camps.
Cheavy

Perhaps the US is going through "growing pains"...but be careful who you vote for...a nation of immigrants should not vote yes to division and distrust...

Sanders was a breath of fresh air...too bad he was looked upon as too radical or "communist" in his views...who wouldn't want free health care or education...dunno

Thanks for your comments...wine
And you suggest it is just the Republican party that needs restructuring?
George Bush is endorsing Hillery. It does not take much for one to see that there is only one party!
It is documented that Sanders won the popular vote.
It is just like Trump said when questioned about the loan he received from his family. "1 to 14 million. It just depends on how one adds it up".
One party. One agenda. And they do not want it to change!
Voter fraud is rabid. Why do you think the US threatens Russia about hacking it!
I said this would happen when we moved to the computer system for counting the votes.
If it was so safe and honest. Why would we worry about it??
Cheavy

If you don't like the current system...try and change it or recognize why the process was implemented in the first place...see kens' comments...

That being said...would have been great seeing Bernie spar with the Donald...

wine
Loulou.
With all do respect. You can't seem to get away from the person side.
I said this from the beginning. It is not about the person. It is about the agenda.
Cheavy

Making it harder for people to vote is also an issue...I doubt if any elections are 100% fair and without problems...such is life...we can only strive to do better...restrictive voting laws do hurt people...
Then Bush Jr. when Cheney was President. What a demigod!
Cheavy

Why the Republicans failed for years...Regan was no prize either...voting for Clinton does not make her suspect...I am no fan of the Bushes...just want to see regular folk being taken care of...under a Republican platform...not going to happen...hug
Once again. There is no difference between the platforms. They have become one in the same.
