Why are steakhouse meals so big?

I'm eating on company expenses so decided to push the boat out and have a mixed grill and a pud yum

No chance. I couldn't even finish my grill, .if I bent forward right now food would shoot out my ears.

I'm a tall woman with a healthy appetite but it defeated me

Isn't there some happy medium between giant meals and dainty nouvelle cuisine?

Never understand people who manage a starter and end with a pudding. Having said that...can't cope with a small portion...

I have a very healthy appetite

but rarely eat in meat-based restaurants.
Don't get me wrong, I eat meat, but when I see meat served with meat, with a side of other meat, it just puts me off the food.

Un I'm outside London and they really are enormous but chains supply what the consumer wants. Why not a smaller option? That was why I blogged really.

well I had a meal lately .with a lady and she could not believe size of meals .so she ordered a kids meal .when it came I laughed 2 nuggets and a handful of chips that's all I could manage mine came ffull dinner now im serious she eat hers and proceed ed to eat mine as well
