A coincidence?

I always frequent off season sales. It is just a way for me to stretch my little money. I happen to chance on the newly displayed wagon of socks with a tag price of around 200 yen but only sold at half its price. One of the colorful pairs is a glowing colored yellow green cotton socks. The first time I wore it, one commented that they could see me even in the dark because of those socks. Some of my other co workers took notice of it too. First of all, Iam not hungering for anyone's attention. I was just wearing something I was so happy to be able to buy cheap. Nothing else. It was more of personal thing. Getting something worth of my money always give me a thrill. Then on the following week, a woman in her early 40's, extended her legs and showed her new pair of socks of the same hue as mine. When I used the shoes I bought in the Premium Outlet, she wore a new shoes and talked to me while idling her feet as if to let me see her new shoes. Do I have that kind of effect on the others? Or it is just coincidence? Whatever, doesn't matter. Sometimes trivialities like this makes me think am I weird to think about it that way? Or is she that weird to make me her model? Just got the payslip for this month and it's not that much since I have had 2 days off weekly unlike before when I had only one. But no problem, I'll be watching for the next off season bargains and would be buying from the supermarkets near closing time to get big discounts. I'd still be surviving with some bits of savings without cloning someone. laugh Still I wish everyone peace and happiness this weekend.heart wings bouquet

@Dream, thanks for being my first. You know, I'm a very sentimental person. I appreciate very much all of my firsts. Just like first love.grin Yes, we could be twins. But yours is a bottomless pocket. And Iam in awe indeed for giving your time in me.

Hi. I am a thrift store buyer and you won't believe the good stuff that I find there.......often new...........wave wave wave
@British, I'm honored from a rare visit of a witty blogger.bouquet Though I don't comment, Iam a regular reader of your posts. Here even big dept stores have off season sales with as much as 50% discounts. Thrift stores are called recycle shops here in Japan. And yes, the name of the store sometimes is misleading. They are recycled shops but they do sell unused goods at even 90% off. Even new furniture with sometimes scratches made along delivery or with indented boxes are sold cheap. Even food stuff. Some who patronize these shops aren't even poor looking what with their big SUV's and imported cars. Sometimes, you could even hear someone exclaimed how cheap and nice the goods they're looking at. Thanks again!bouquet
