You know the Winter ls closing ln when this festival creeps around againAnd the Clocks go Back For The Long Winter Evenings.
Not sure what its Like ln Countries around the World but lt fills me with
Dread when l see kids going trick or treating after dark ln badly lit urban
And Country Areas (mostly not wearing hi -vis and many unaccompanied
By adults).
Our roads are just not safe enough for this but sadly for these kids they know
There ls no point ln collecting before dark as lt ls much less productive.
Just ln the last 2 days there have been two motorcyclists killed ln the middle
Of the day on dry roads as well as car accidents.
I really hope for a safe Bank Holiday Weekend

An anniversary makes lt become every year
