Whats your favorite part of Christmas?
As the hustle and bustle of the festive season approaches, I ve noticed alot of friends , and family have different parts of the season they enjoy. I know friends who enjoy giving to the less fortunate, and I have some friends who enjoy the family gatherings. And we all know someone who couldn t be bothered getting into the Christmas spirit,
Myself I enjoy seeing people ,whether it be out shopping , or chatting with a neighbor in good spirits,
And oh yes I am rather fond of the christmas baking, and who doesn t love the look in the eye of a little one, when Santa Claus
is mentioned

I love everything about Christmas but most of all remember to be kind to others.
Getting together and emphasises family traditions.

Still I was at Dauther ,s home for the lighting of the Christmas tree we song Christmas songs
for Christmas I am doing the cooking and I will make a Christmas pudding a week before.
I have no family here and all my friends are visiting theirs.
As for my horses they're having a break from me too.
My children knows very well,how negative I am about Christmas and that I don't want anything expensive or in fact anything else,than perhaps a card,that tell me,that they still love me.
It is the same with Birthdays....when I had my 70th birthday,my Son gave me some nice incense and a small box of sugar-free chocolate,that was all and the most important gift was,when he and his Fiancee hug me.
I have told my children,that I like much more,that they remember me on just normal days trough the year and not concentrated on special days.
Sometimes you glimps a tv show that takes you right back to first watching it in the anticipation and wonder of the next day....
That always makes me smile
so I suppose the ghost of Christmas past is my wing man around this time of year. No matter how cynical and ba-humbug I have become with age
