I believe it is the power of our own minds that lead us to do whatever that we do, be it when one is happy or depressed. And i agree with you, I don't think that is supernatural ....

Dan That's like me, I find it comforting. If I didn't have these things, my life would seem like something was missing.
I think especially when we sleep, our brain starts working in different ways which is why we often dream insightful things or wake up with an idea or a person on our minds.
