words....a.k.a.....labels
We can all agree that using the correct words when trying to express an idea or convey a message will make such a chore much easier and effective.Words are used as labels to express certain ideas, things (concrete and abstract), pose questions...and so on. Basically, they are labels.
I have a friend of mine who is obsessed with words. I don't know how many different types of dictionaries he has and books relating to words. I know, kinda different...but, if you take a step back and realize the importance of words...somewhat interesting.
I was just thinking about the word atoms. The only thing I know about atoms is what I was taught in high school. Furthermore, of that high school knowledge, I can only recall maybe half of the information...at best. However, to a scientist, the word atom, I am certain, creates a whole host of information...probably recalling everything about an atom....how they form, how they move, their nature, how many and where, etc. etc., allowing the scientist to have a much larger understanding of an atom than what I have.
If we apply this same understanding to all words, us average educated people have an average understanding of words. Since words are labels describing everything in the concrete and abstract world we live in, is it safe to say that us average educated people have an average understanding of the world we live in?
My friend and I had a conversation once about the laws we live by. They are so complexly written that even the interpreters of it all come up with different meanings of it. Is it possible, the laws we live by are in place to be manipulated by the elite....(elite can hire intelligent lawyers)....to keep us average educated people in the palm of their hands?
Anyway....just a thought. :)
Things of importance, such as laws, should they be written simply enough so all can understand them? After all, we all need to live our lives in accordance. My friend and I speculate that each and everyone of us most likely break a law any given week. What do you think?

How much do you think....think you know anyway?
It is amazing how I can watch two different media outlets and get two different message/impressions of the same event.
Our high school education is useful enough to allow us a basic understanding but not an in depth understanding. What do people say...."I just know enough to get myself in trouble."
Thanks for your presence.
I am on my way out of the door to start my weekend here. Take care and hope you all enjoy yours as well.
I will be back to respond to any responses....sorry I don't have any extra time, at this time.

I had a lady friend that was obsessed with adding new cuss words to her vocab every time she had a few too many.
and for those who smoke, be careful where you smoke:
She sounds like a lady to learn from.
I get a little foul mouthed myself when having a couple...perhaps you could share me some of those words to have me advance a bit at my next session. lol
Thank you.
Great examples. You seem to be a woman of sound mind and judgement. (more labels.... )
Thanks for your post.
