This saying goes a long way with me, "no one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
Therefore you dictate who you are and what you stand for. Criticism is a must but in the midst of them you should stand.
self introspection is key...I should know that I mess up before someone have to tell me and if someone points out my mess to me.... I should be humble enough to acknowledge and apologise if needs be..
apology is not for the person I've wronged alone but for me too...the heart is much healthier when it has nothing storing in there.
