Caffeine & Dark Rooms
For a long time, I been having steady headaches. Never seem to be able to get rid of them. In desperation, I once again looked at possible causes and I figured maybe the room that my computer was in was too dark (I left the light off but had a lamp going beside me). Anyhow, I started turning on the light and it partially worked, my eyes felt less strained and the headaches wasn't so bad but was still there. It was suggested to me about a week ago that I may be getting too much caffeine. I drink lots and lots of tea, so I decided to switch from regular tea to decaf green tea. Headaches are practically gone except for one night when the withdraw of caffeine gave me a headache in which I just made a regular cup of tea and the headache was gone again in a hour.
I am drinking one cup of regular tea in the morning and evening so I don't crash again but drinking green tea the rest of the time. The headaches are gone and when my body adjusts to less caffeine, I can step down again until I can do without it.
I'm happy
