If you hear someone saying mean things behind you back don't assume you hearing it wasn't the actual intention. Often it is to get a reaction out of you. Dont give any reaction whatsoever no matter what buttons they try to press and act totally indifferent towards it. It goes away quite fast when you aren't going to allow yourself to be manipulated into their game of seeking reactions out of you.?
