Stories like these just piss me off. Why can't our government bring in stricter laws when murder, rape and kidnapping are involved? And a host of others that need re-evaluating too. Too many to mention.
Our laws favor the criminal.

Only leads one to believe that crime actually pays. At least in SA it does. I say bring back the rope.
When you get burgled the first thing the cop asks is "are you insured?" If the answer is no he will tell you its useless to open a docket as the chances of conviction is so to say zero. IOW don't waste our time.
Well she escaped so no crime committed to investigate.
