Have done my share of hunting as a younger person, and have had some military experience that brings little fond memories, but these days, I find myself oddly increasingly concerned about the lives of the Goddess' creations. Just about all of them, that is. This morning I gently moved a little beastie (brown house spider) from a sink out to the back porch, using a soft tissue. And I appreciate how rarey capital punishment might have been wrongly applied. But for the worst of these human crumbs, I'd push the button. Aa.

surprisingly, i am anti gun for personal reasons. i do understand why people carry. my biggest concern is the type of person carrying the gun.
Well, of course it is a big concern. Like any instance of "professionals" trying to make important decisions about others, it ain't a perfect world. Sort of like social workers trying to decide on benefits for the "needy". Just tougher with guns. Gotta go---potential buyers for boats. Later. Aa.
i was referring to mental illness. i wouldn't put a gun in my hands, simply because of my depression.

The way I see it is if all guns disappeared this very instance, something else would be used to harm people. Knives, vehicles..... are already being used,doh ,what s going to be the next weapon of choice,or convenience dunno

Micman---on balance, glad we have our precious second ammendment. Pres. Trump will so pack the Supreme Court, that this wont be a worry for generatiions. Aa.
