Can humanity be saved?

If so how?

Some think wars are made to promote greed. Some say it is done to resolve conflict. I say, it's because evil and good exist.

Meantime many innocent lives are lost.

Question is, when it's going to end?

Anyone?

A very sad world we live in. I wish all is peaceful and calm.

Do you? wave

I think man is in the overdrive on causing humanity's breakdown.

Was it Einstein who said : "I know not what's used for 3rd world War, I do know, the next one after that is BROOM AND STICKS."

That's scary.
Hi lindsy your title said can humanity be saved?

It al depends on ehat you mean by "saved".

It will be the destruction of itself.

Love and respect is solely lacking.

We are slowly but surely destroying ourselves.
Is our destiny a matter of luck?

The reason I ask is, how lucky can I be to be where I am?

I do believe we as humans do have the ability to plan, direct and change our lives. If you can, where'd you be at this time?

Thanks for your read and input if any. bouquet

My condolences for the victim's , specially those whose lives were just recently been through the chaos and pain of terrorism. sad flower sad flower
Thanks for being here CC.

I intentionally didn't put the question mark because I wanted it like a declaration.

But you're right on the two most important things lacking in general.

Why is that?

It's so beautiful where I'm at C.
can humanity be saved? only by GOD.
If only I can share my world for those less fortunate I would.

There's peace and abundance.

My children are all healthy and safe. I hope it's not going to change.

There's so much love and respect. Why can't the whole world be this way? sad flower
all this killing seems so unfair ..think in west if people knew the extent of this killing worldwide maybe an outcry .think its hidden mostly sanitised and for what ..its for us rich countrys to get richer we all have a conscience we should look at ..terrible anyaways
we have to take a hard look at ourselves. how many petty arguments do we make with family, friends or co-workers? what part do we play in creating drama for drama's sake? how do we try to manipulate others to take on our own beliefs and motivations? i think we have forgotten the basics of life or even the value of life. who is to say mankind is even meant to survive? what if there is another life form to take our place? i like the quote i heard in my rehab group: "take care of your own side of the street".
John, I wouldn't completely blanket the belief that only God can save the world.

The reason is, I am aware, we're capable, as human beings to save ourselves, too. If we left everything to Him, what for that we can destroy it without His help?
JJ, I agree with you.

What can we do to eased up these barbaric acts?
If we promote unity (love) instead if individualism (selfishness), that can't hurt....I would think.

But is it our destiny to destroy ourselves or a grand plan. dunno

It has been said that Albert Pike has written about WWIII in the 1800's, and the way things are unfolding today, he was very accurate. confused

Hello SR...wave
we are destroying the world, at least our so called leaders are. I think we have a president right now who is generally concerned to right things for the world and mostly America. but we have evil opposing him.
Free, I'm not sure why we, as human beings do thrive in drama. I'm not particularly involved in any that sustain that environment but I understand, misunderstanding and conflict revolves around us.

No man is an island, a most legendary saying, and it's in our relationships that may cause such pleasant or unpleasant situation.

Take it to a global level, which in fact is happening, and here we are pressed with so much inability to be at peace with the whole world.

As for the humanity as we know to end and be taken over by another, that's way too advance for me to think.

It its going to happen, maybe I would no longer be here.

Meantime, I am concerned with what's causing us to be in such a chaos and harm.
I want to go back to CC. Why so that man gears toward that path CC?
John, that's why I believe in him.

Perhaps he's committed to make a global agreement to unite against evil doers and then God, wouldn't be the only one who can save ys.

I do believe in God, but I do believe also that many can change for the better. With the help of our God.hug
Considering we are fighting since Kain and Abel, we are doing pretty good.

Johnny..thumbs up
No one is here to save us! We create our own reality and are in charge of our own destiny.peace

We've been given a beautiful planet to live on as a little playground with plenty of room for everyone.
We chose to be here and where.
We chose what we want our life purpose to be.
We chose whether we want to evolve or not during this life time.
We chose when to live and when to die and how to live our life and how we want to die.

But...We've also been given free will.peace
Bloody that's one way of looking at it.

I remember very well when we were young. Our parents taught us to be good with one another. If there's something that we don't want done to us, we tell our parents and they will resolve it. We listened to them. I taught my children the same thing and they're doing it with their children.
That's sad Mic.
I know for a fact in 24 hours we can't all be angels. There's moment of being bad and mischievous. But that's why we can learn, adapt and change.
That's very nice to read such an erudite response Daniela.

We do have all the choices, what makes other choose destruction, that's the question.
Yes Lindsey. ..bad things had to happen and he chose to do it. Probably something to do with his karma to be repaid? dunno
Our destiny is planned according to our karma from our past life (s).
However there are several paths to reach our destiny and we also have free will.
I understood the law of progression and regression, in which case any choices we make now affects the actions that will take place in the future

If I were to disconnect the past and future and just deal with this current times, those that are currently affected by this actions that we do, are definitely, in my opinion, not deserving to be affected.

It's a complicated part of life that most people are not aware of, I think.

I'm more focused on stopping this madness. That the future of humanity is saved. .

Man can have a concerted effort to do it. All of us
this where it has to start to end the madness.

I wish this is how a sick world can perceive it and heal.
Thanks John.
War is business. It is 'acquisitions' and 'hostile takeovers' and 'moving rolling stock' and sadly it is also a way to terminate a great many staff.

It is ALL about money, no matter what 'cause' is trotted out to give the staff some motivation.
Is humanity worth saving? I sometimes wonder. The universe can operate very well without us, so do we really have a purpose.
'War is business.' - biff

YouTube War is a Racket by Smedley Butler

'It's the only racket in which the profits are reckoned in dollars, and the cost reckoned in lives.'

Biff & Gen. Butler sound to be very much in agreement.

Mr. Wood's assertions are difficult to dispute, as he does quote The Generous Qu'ran in context, string.

Elle, I can't truly understand why killing is done for profit which is the motivation of business. Enterprising our human lives for pure profit.

Very sad.
Sea, that's what came to mind when I said, good and evil Co exist. Question, is it a matter of choice alone? To be bad? Or we're predestined so no matter what we do in terms of wanting to do good, we're hard pressed to be evil?
