was called for prior to the soccer match between Australia & Saudi Arabia.It was mentioned that two young Aussie women were killed in the attack, one a nurse who was slain while attempting to assist victims of the attack.
The Saudi team (with what appears to the notable exception of #7) ignored the request to pay respect to the victims.
As this act was performed at an international event, it may be pressumed that it was the desire & intention of Saudis that their actions to be a public display.

I just now heard this reported on the news. I didn't believe it 'til I saw it in several vids posted just hours ago.
