Women, through the ages....

Watching a series of lectures produced by The Teaching Co., as part of their Great Courses Series. College level presentations, for the most part, on lots of topics. Get on the catalogue mailing list, as they are practically giving them away these days. Better still, your local librarian can borrow them on ILL programs. Anyway, Prof. Bob Garland of Colgate U., has a nice 48 lecture course on ancient history, running from prehistoric times, (where most of us men on CS are still stuck), right up to the middle ages. His take is refreshing, as he mostly ignores the usual topics involving conquest and the wealthy, choosing instead to focus on the lives of the rest of us. Striking info, especially between the sexes. Hint....women almost always seem to get treated along the lines of present day Islam. Aa.

Past, you say, F. ? I just rode past McD's....always a struggle. Aa.
how do you have wifi if you passed the mcd's?
Elegsabiff ... did I read you correctly? Women can do things "nearly" as well as men? Like about 70% as well as men? Actually are plenty of things I do as well as a man can do; there are some things I cannot do as. well and other things I far surpass men at. But this in no way means all men in any circumstance because how well I do things or don't do things has absolutely nothing to do with my lady bits.
Thanks, all. Biology just might mostly be destiny. Aa.
