The rental unit......

Twins away fattening up the pocketbooks of the too many administrators in higher education. So why not use that private extra space,...hell, when I built the addition, we designed it as separate quarters anyway? Lots of inquiries to the adverts. Some from overseas. Latest is this young dentist lady with twins herself....twin Chihuahuas, no less. Made a point of saying no smokers or pets (or CS bloggers) in the ads, but she emailed anyway, with a most responsible presentation on her possible tenancy with the little barkers. So I said to come on by so we all could discuss things. If it somehow doesn't work out, and Bravo and I are driven batty, sure, I'll be inclined to blame. But from the gitgo, who doesn't see my role in things? Motives. Aa.

That too, no doubt, F. She went on and on about keeping them in the crate while away, even engaging the services of the many dog walkers here abouts. Even offering a huge pet deposit. Do I sound like someone who should know better, but is working hard trying to convince himself? And lots of landlords think medical folks make the best tenants. I should know othrwise. Aa.

Chihuahuas are super-bright and with company for each other shouldn't be too yappy. Fingers crossed

How weird are the responses we get to those ads? My favourite - having specifically said the room was one person ONLY - was from a young couple who said they were both very small and didn't take up much space ... laugh

Could B, F.. But I sort of got a bad feeling on this one, either way. Then there's the lady from Puerto Rico, who wisely is abandoniing THAT ship, and coming here to Sparkle City to work for the feds, of all things.Tried to email back to her on the advert site, but transmission failed. Too many pics. Tried to call, but no answer. May try once more. Must say, she (her current residence, actually) got the cooty fear hairs on my neck up. How unfair is that? Aa.
